Inductor silver paste is a specialized conductive material designed for forming terminations and electrodes in various inductor components. Alfa Chemistry provides two types of inductor silver paste: multi-layer inductor silver paste and ferrite magnetic bead inductor silver paste.
Multi-layer inductor silver paste is primarily used for the fabrication of chip inductors. After sintering, it exhibits strong adhesion to the substrate, high silver-layer densification, and excellent electrical conductivity, stability, and reliability. In addition, it provides good plating compatibility, making it ideal for high-performance multilayer inductor applications.
Ferrite magnetic bead inductor silver paste is specially designed for the production of ferrite magnetic bead inductors. It is compatible with ferrite wet printing. After sintering, it shows excellent shrinkage matching with the substrate, strong adhesion, and superior electrical conductivity, stability, and reliability, ensuring consistent performance in ferrite bead inductor production.
