  • Electronic Grade AA-AMPS

We offer electronic grade AA/AMPS, a water-based dispersant obtained through the copolymerization of acrylic acid and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid at a specific ratio, with carboxyl and sulfonic functional groups incorporated into its molecular structure. This molecular design provides robust performance in demanding processing environments, helping to maintain clean surfaces during mechanical processing and wet cleaning operations commonly used in electronic manufacturing.

  • Electronic Grade MA-AA

The electronic grade MA/AA copolymer we offer is a low-molecular-weight polyelectrolyte synthesized by the copolymerization of maleic acid and acrylic acid at a controlled ratio. It effectively suppresses the reattachment of fine particles during grinding, polishing, and cleaning processes, supporting stable and repeatable outcomes in electronic-grade surface treatment.

  • Electronic Grade AA-HPA

We also offer electronic grade AA-HPA, a water-based copolymer produced by the copolymerization of acrylic acid and hydroxypropyl acrylate at a defined ratio, featuring both carboxyl and ester functional groups.
