Epoxy Silver Paste for MLCC

Epoxy silver paste is primarily used in the fabrication of flexible terminations for multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs). Formulated with finely dispersed silver particles and a robust epoxy binder, it delivers excellent silver layer density, high conductivity, and stable curing behavior. The cured film exhibits strong bending resistance and exceptional interlayer adhesion, effectively preventing cracking or delamination during device flexing, handling, or assembly. In addition, its superior printability and compatibility with flexible substrates make it well suited for printing high-precision flexible thin-film circuits, supporting the reliability and miniaturization needs of advanced electronic components.

You Need to Know

  • Typical process parameters: For printing applications, a 250–325 mesh screen is recommended. The suggested drying temperature is 80–120 °C, and the recommended curing temperature is 200–250 °C.
  • Pre-use handling: Before use, allow the paste to return to room temperature, then mix thoroughly with a planetary homogenizer for 3–5 minutes, or stir mechanically for 5–10 minutes. Avoid overly vigorous stirring to prevent air bubble introduction.
  • Storage conditions: Store sealed in a low-temperature environment at 0-5 °C.
  • Shelf life: 3 months
  • Safety instructions: This product contains volatile organic solvents. Keep it away from open flames and heat sources to prevent any impact on product performance.
