MLCC Nickel Paste for Gravure Printing

Multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) nickel paste for gravure printing is formulated to deliver exceptional precision, stability, and print consistency required for fabricating multilayer ceramic capacitors. Using ultra-fine nickel particles dispersed in a carefully designed organic medium, the paste provides excellent rheological control, smooth ink transfer, and uniform deposition of ultra-thin internal electrode layers. Its optimized viscosity, thixotropy, and dispersion stability ensure accurate pattern formation, consistent layer thickness, and reliable performance under high-speed, high-volume production conditions.

You Need to Know

  • Pre-use handling: It is recommended to perform slow milling for more than 24 hours before use, or to thoroughly mix the product with a planetary homogenizer prior to application. Please seal and store any remaining paste after use.
  • Storage conditions: temperature 5–25 °C, humidity 50 ± 10%, and sealed to avoid light exposure
  • Shelf life: 3 months
  • Safety instructions: This product contains volatile organic solvents. Keep it away from open flames and heat sources to prevent any impact on product performance.
